Quick everyday cooking

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente, then drain. Snap off the ends of the asparagus, trim the spring onions, and cut both into equal-sized pieces. Split the snow peas. Quarter or eighth the tomatoes. Heat the oil in a deep pan, press the sausage meat out of the skin into the pan to form dumplings, and fry on all sides. Add the asparagus, followed a little later by the spring onions. Fry for a good 5 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper. Then add the snow peas and tomato quarters and continue frying, adding the butter and noodles. Fry for a little longer, then season with soy sauce and chili.
