Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g sugar snap peas
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tbsp water or broth
- 2 tbsp borage, chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes
Clean the snow peas and trim the ends. Fry them in oil for 5-10 minutes. Add the garlic, spices, and water and heat through. Finally, add the borage and serve.
