Fried udon noodles with beef

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g udon noodles
  • 130 g beef, cut into thin slices
  • 1 handful of bean sprouts
  • 1 handful of Chinese cabbage, cut into strips
  • 5 g dried mu-err mushrooms
  • 1 garlic clove(s), chopped
  • 2 slice(s) ginger root, chopped
  • 1 shallot(s), finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 28 minutes

Pour boiling water over the moo-err mushrooms, let them soak, and then cut into strips. Pour boiling water over the udon noodles and let them stand for 2-3 minutes, until they are soft and easy to pull apart. Briefly fry the chopped garlic and ginger with the shallot in a little oil. Then add the thin strips of beef, fry briefly, add the moo-err mushrooms, and season with a little salt. Immediately afterward, briefly fry the noodles, then add the Chinese cabbage, bean sprouts, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and 2-3 tablespoons of water. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and continue frying for just a short time.
