Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 small zucchini
- salt and pepper
- 1 egg(s)
- 3 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp Parmesan, grated
- 3 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with Parmesan and breadcrumbs
Wash the zucchini, remove the ends, and cut into approximately 0.5 cm thick slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add a little flour to one plate, beat the egg in a second plate, and mix the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs in a third plate. Coat the seasoned zucchini slices one after the other in the flour, egg, and cheese-crumb mixture. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Delicious as a vegetarian main course with herb curd cheese.
