- 2 m.-large zucchini
- e.g. breadcrumbs
- n. B. Flour
- 1 egg(s)
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil

quick and tasty
Wash the zucchini and peel the side that’s touching the ground, if necessary. Then slice the zucchini. Meanwhile, combine the flour, egg, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls. Beat the egg. Then coat the zucchini in the flour, then in the egg. Drain briefly and coat in the breadcrumbs. Meanwhile, heat a pan with the oil. Add the breaded zucchini to the hot pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
