Cut the apples, cucumber, toast, and snack peppers into approximately 1-2 cm pieces. Then juice the orange. Fry the apples, cucumber, toast, and snack peppers in sunflower oil. Add the squeezed orange juice and fry for a few minutes until the fruit and bread are lightly browned. Leave the lid on the pan and stir occasionally to brown the ingredients on all sides. Finally, serve in a large bowl.
