Fried zucchini

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g zucchini
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Don’t peel the zucchini, just trim the ends. Then halve the zucchini lengthwise and cut diagonally into diamond-shaped pieces. Heat oil in a wok; as soon as it starts to smoke, cook the zucchini for about 1/2 minute, stirring. Add salt and sugar and cook for another 1-2 minutes, adding a little water if necessary. Serve immediately. Serve with delicious rice.
