Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 m.-large zucchini
- 50 g Gouda or Trappist cheese
- Olive oil (olive oil)
- salt and pepper
- oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Coarsely grate the cheese. Wash the zucchini and trim the ends. Slice the zucchini lengthwise into 4 mm slices using a bread slicer. Heat olive oil in a nonstick pan. Brown the zucchini on both sides. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the cheese. Season with oregano and cook for 2 minutes with the lid on, until the cheese is melted. Serve with white bread or a baguette.
