Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ bag of frozen French fries
  • n. B. herb butter
  • some seasoning mix for fries
  • 2 kg vegetable fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

First, heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer to 160 to 175°C. Fry the fries for about 5 to 7 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. Then, lift the fryer basket and let the fries drain. Then, place the fries in a bowl, add the fries seasoning, and toss until evenly distributed. Arrange on a plate and melt some herb butter on top, ensuring the fries are evenly coated. Per serving, approximately 578 kcal
