Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 small bottle(s) of rum flavoring
- 2 tbsp water
- 100 g butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Melt the butter by heating it and knead it with all the other ingredients until a firm dough forms. Form the dough into 3 cm thick logs, roll them in coarse sugar, and chill. I personally prefer the freezer because it’s much faster. When the logs are firm enough, cut them into thin slices, place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake for 10 minutes at medium heat (approx. 180 degrees Celsius).
