Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 750 g potatoes
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sauté the onions in hot oil, then sauté the washed, peeled, and diced potatoes, then add water. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Simmer the soup gently in a covered pan for 15 minutes, then puree and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
