Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 150 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 175 g butter
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 125 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 5 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp semolina
- 750 g quark
- 5 egg whites
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Quickly knead the crumble ingredients into a firm dough. Crumble half of the dough into a greased springform pan and press down. For the filling, cream the butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolk, and semolina until fluffy. Add the quark and then carefully fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour the quark mixture onto the crumble and smooth it down. Finally, crumble the remaining dough over the quark mixture and bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 60 minutes.
