Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g potatoes
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- some oil
- 2 small leeks
- 2 cloves garlic
- 200 g peas, frozen
- 150 g processed cheese
- 200 g cream
- 150 g crab
- 200 g smoked salmon
- salt and pepper
- Parsley

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Smoked salmon and crab – a super duo
Dice the potatoes and cook in the broth for about 25 minutes. Slice the leek into rings, peel and finely chop the garlic clove, and cut the smoked salmon into bite-sized pieces. Briefly sauté the leek, garlic, and peas in hot oil. Melt the cheese in the broth, then add the cream, vegetables, shrimp, and smoked salmon. Simmer for 5-10 minutes and season with pepper, salt, and parsley. Serve with baguette.
