Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 onion(s)
- 50 g vegetables, frozen
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Peel the onion and chop finely. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onions until translucent. Add the stir-fried vegetables and sauté for a few minutes. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add salt, pepper, and baking powder. Whisk to combine. Pour the vegetables and egg mixture into a small, shallow baking dish and mix. Place the frittata in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for 25-30 minutes.
