Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 60 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 125 ml milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- n. B. Clarified butter for frying
- n. B. Chives for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Soup garnish
Mix the ingredients with a whisk and fry the pancakes or crepes until golden brown. I get exactly 3 in a large pan (approx. 29 cm in diameter at the top). Be sure to use clarified butter for cooking, otherwise the pancakes won’t taste as good as they should! Roll up the pancakes and cut into strips. Add them to the soup and sprinkle with chives.
