Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 nectarines, fully ripe
  • 1 banana(s), fully ripe
  • 10 strawberries
  • 50 ml apple juice
  • 4 handfuls of crushed ice
  • e.g. sugar, brown or white
  • e.g. mint, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Nectarine, banana and strawberry

Wash and stone the nectarines. Peel the banana, hull and wash the strawberries. Roughly chop the fruit and place it in a blender with the ice and apple juice. Blend until thick and creamy. If desired, add sugar to taste or mix in a few fresh mint leaves. Serve in tall glasses with a straw – perfect for a light, vitamin-packed refreshment on warm summer days.
