Ingredients
 

  • 4 cl White rum, ideal Havana 3 years
  • 2 cl Triple Sec from Bols or Le Favori, or Cointreau
  • 1 cl Lime juice
  • 2 cl Strawberry syrup from Riemerschmid or Monin
  • 5 Fresh strawberries, also frozen in winter
  • 3 Ice cubes
  • 2 cl Bitter lemon

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients (except bitter lemon) in a tall container.
  • Then mix with a magic wand or a stand mixer for at least 25 seconds, all ingredients should have a mousse-like consistency. Fill into suitable drinking glasses, possibly. decorate with a strawberry. If you use frozen strawberries, you do not need ice cubes.
  • If you like it, you can add some bitter lemon.
