Ingredients
- 4 cl White rum, ideal Havana 3 years
- 2 cl Triple Sec from Bols or Le Favori, or Cointreau
- 1 cl Lime juice
- 2 cl Strawberry syrup from Riemerschmid or Monin
- 5 Fresh strawberries, also frozen in winter
- 3 Ice cubes
- 2 cl Bitter lemon
Instructions
- Put all ingredients (except bitter lemon) in a tall container.
- Then mix with a magic wand or a stand mixer for at least 25 seconds, all ingredients should have a mousse-like consistency. Fill into suitable drinking glasses, possibly. decorate with a strawberry. If you use frozen strawberries, you do not need ice cubes.
- If you like it, you can add some bitter lemon.
