Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 25 ml Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 300 g Flour
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 1 Orange baking
  • 100 g Melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter in the microwave and let it cool down.
  • Mix the sugar, eggs, orange juice and the milk until frothy.
  • Weigh out the flour, mix with the baking powder and the orange cake. Add to the frothy mass and carefully fold in with a whisk.
  • Now add the liquid butter to the dough and stir in. With the help of a teaspoon, place small heaps on a tray and spread flat with another, damp teaspoon.
  • Bake the biscuits until they are golden at 175 ° C for about 12-15 minutes. Then let it cool down and store it in a tin.
  • Makes approx. 100 pieces, depending on the size, also taste very tasty with lemon aroma or aniseed.
