Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg Greek yogurt
  • 100 g sugar
  • ½ lime(s) or lemon
  • some lemon zest

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate. Chill in the ice cream maker for at least 30 minutes. Garnish with fruit, cookies, praline, or muesli, as desired.
