Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g natural yogurt, 1.5% fat
  • 100 g glucose (dextrose)
  • 80 ml cream
  • 80 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, then place in the ice cream maker for 20-25 minutes and serve immediately.
