Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized eggs
  • 300 g sugar
  • 120 g butter
  • 125 ml milk
  • 3 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 300 g flour
  • 75 g almond(s), sliced
  • 2 glasses of fruit

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Fruit cake from the tray super, super moist

Beat the eggs and sugar, bring the butter and milk to a boil. Combine everything (the milk and butter should still be warm when combined). Add the baking powder and flour. Place the batter on a greased baking sheet. Distribute the fruit (e.g., 1 jar of cherries and two small cans of mandarin oranges or 2 jars of cherries) evenly, sprinkle with the almonds, and bake for 24-25 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.
