Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g margarine or butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 500 ml cream
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder for cooking
  • 2 packs of vanilla sauce powder for cooking
  • 2 packs of cake glaze
  • Fruit of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Mix margarine, sugar, eggs, flour, and baking powder into a batter and spread it on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) (180°C (fan oven)) for about 20 minutes. For the topping, cook the custard and vanilla sauce powder with cream and milk according to the instructions and spread it on the prepared base. Distribute the fruit on top. I use fresh fruit for the Germany cake. This time I used blueberries, strawberries, and mango, but blackberries, raspberries, peaches, apricots, etc. are also recommended. Prepare the glaze according to the package instructions and pour it over the cake.
