Ingredients for 1 servings:
- Fruit, e.g. pineapple, unripe bananas, mango, pears and apples
- 4 parts lemon juice
- 1 part honey, liquid
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Tasty and decorative as a treat or with desserts
Peel the fruit and slice it very thinly, preferably with a slicer. Dip the slices in the lemon juice and honey marinade and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Set the oven to 75°C and let the fruit dry for about 4 hours. Leave the oven door slightly open.
