- 2 pts. puff pastry from the refrigerated section (roll)
- 200 g cooked ham
- 200 g pineapple
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 egg yolk

Unroll the puff pastry. Blend the cream cheese with a little pineapple juice until smooth and creamy. Season to taste with plenty of curry powder, salt, pepper, and sugar. Spread this cream on the puff pastry. Sprinkle with very finely chopped pineapple, finely diced ham, and grated cheese. Roll up from the long side and cut into 1-2 cm thick slices. Place on a baking sheet and brush with egg yolk. Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes, until the rolls are golden brown.
