Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g berries, red (preferably raspberries or strawberries)
- 2 egg whites
- 6 sheets of gelatin
- sweetener

wonderfully refreshing and simple
Sort the berries or thaw them if necessary and puree them. Then sweeten with sweetener, roughly equivalent to 100–150 g of sugar. Prepare the gelatin according to the package instructions and add it to the berry puree. Wait about 10–15 minutes until the mixture begins to set slightly. Then thoroughly fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Let it set completely in the refrigerator.
