Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

delicious, sugar-free, for almost any fruit!

Beat the low-fat quark vigorously with a mixer or whisk for a good minute. This ensures that the quark becomes creamy. Then stir in the yogurt. Finely dice the fruit, do not puree. Particularly good examples are: 1/2 ripe mango, 1/4 fresh pineapple, 1 ripe pear, or 1 banana. Also delicious: 2 oranges (peel, cut out the segments, reserving the juice, and add them to the quark) or 2 kiwis (peel and dice). Caution: Kiwi tastes slightly bitter; the quark cream must be eaten immediately, as it will turn brown and very bitter over time. Stir the fruit into the quark cream, then season with lemon juice, a little lemon zest, honey, and perhaps a little sweetener. The amounts depend on the fruit used; mango tolerates more lemon, kiwi more honey. Serve in cereal or dessert bowls. A delicious, low-calorie breakfast for 2 people (also delicious: stir in some muesli) or a dessert for 4 people.
