Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g strawberries
- 1 small mango(s)
- 250 g whole milk yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp oat flakes
- 2 tsp honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Sort and wash the strawberries, pat dry with a paper towel, and halve or quarter them depending on their size. Peel the mango, cut the flesh lengthwise from the stone, and cut it crosswise into wedges. Pour the yogurt into a cereal bowl, stir in the oats. Serve the fruit on top and drizzle with lemon juice. Spread the honey over the cereal. Eat the cereal immediately and do not let it stand for long. Tips: Mangoes are among the healthiest and most delicious tropical fruits. Look for ripe ones; they should yield when pressed and have an intense aroma. Unripe fruits can ripen further at room temperature. Mango is best served chilled; its taste is both sweet and tart. Mango contains plenty of immune-boosting beta-carotene and the B vitamin folic acid, which is important for blood formation. Per serving: Fat: 6 g Protein: 7 g Carbohydrates: 30 g Fiber: 4 g
