Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g quark (low-fat quark)
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 2 tbsp nuts (e.g. pine nuts)
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 apple
- Sweetener, liquid
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
In a bowl, mix the low-fat quark with the milk until smooth. Stir in the oats and sweeten the mixture with a little liquid sweetener. Halve the banana lengthwise, then cut into small half-slices. Dice the apple into small pieces and chop the nuts as desired. Add fruit and nuts to the quark. This is a quick, healthy breakfast.
