- 600 g Frozen fruits
- 9 tbsp Honey liquid
- 320 g Rama Cremefine for cooking
- Put 1,600 g. Frozen fruits, 320 g. Rama Cremefine for cooking and 9 tbsp honey (the sweeter the fruit, the less Hong) in a bowl.
- Blend with a mixer or with a hand blender until creamy.
