Fruit Ice Cream
The perfect fruit ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Mixed fruit according to your taste
- 200 g Buttermilk
- 300 g Natural yoghurt
- 3 tablespoon Powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Wash the fruit, cut into small pieces and put in a mixing bowl, add buttermilk and yogurt.
- Now add the icing sugar and puree it finely with a hand blender, and put it in the freezer, possibly adding a little lemon juice.
- Freeze the ice for another 10-15 minutes so that it becomes a little firmer.
- Fill the ice cream in bowls and garnish with some fresh fruit and pour some eggnog on top.
