Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 apple
- 1 banana(s)
- 4 tbsp oat flakes
- 2 cups of yogurt, probiotic
- 2 handfuls of nuts (cashews, hazelnuts, walnuts or almonds)
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions

for an optimal start to the day
Cut the apple into very thin wedges and the banana into thin slices. Bring the fruit to a boil with a little water and simmer for a few minutes, allowing enough liquid to form to cover the fruit. Add the oats and a pinch of salt and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. To serve, ladle the porridge into two serving bowls, stir in a cup of yogurt to each, and sprinkle with a handful of nuts.
