Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 tbsp oat flakes (whole grain)
- 1 tbsp spelt poppy seeds
- 2 tbsp low-fat yogurt
- 2 drops of rum flavoring
- 1 small apple
- 1 small banana(s)
- Cinnamon
- Milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Super tasty, light and filling
Cover the oat flakes and spelt popcorn with hot water and let them swell briefly. Grate the apple over the top and add the sliced banana. Mix with the rum flavoring, cinnamon, and yogurt. Your delicious porridge is ready. For a more liquid consistency, simply add milk to taste. Other fruits can also be used, of course.
