Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cantaloupe melon(s) or other orange-fleshed melon
- ½ small watermelon(s)
- 600 g blueberries, fresh
- 500 g raspberries, fresh
- 2 tbsp candied ginger, finely chopped
- 3 limes, the juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the melons into bite-sized pieces, mix with the berries, candied ginger, and lime juice. Refrigerate until ready to use.
