Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 chicory, cleaned
- 1 carrot(s), peeled
- 1 orange(s)
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 apple
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- 1 handful of raisins
- 1 handful of walnuts, crushed
- Sugar

Thinly slice the chicory and place it in a large bowl. Coarsely grate the carrot and layer it on top. Peel 1 orange, cut it into wedges, and cut each into approximately 4 pieces. Add it to the bowl. Top with the sliced banana, followed by the coarsely grated apple. Pour over the lemon juice (you can also add a little apple or orange juice) and mix everything well. Finally, fold in the raisins and nut pieces. Let it sit for a moment and then serve in portions.
