Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 nectarines
- 3 kiwis
- 3 bananas
- 300 g raspberries, frozen
- some milk, optional, alternatively water
- 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 4 large orange slices

Peel the kiwi, bananas, and nectarines, cut them into small pieces, and place them in a blender. Then add the frozen raspberries. Stir in the yogurt. Then add the lemon or lime juice, if desired. Blend everything on high. Add milk or water to achieve the desired consistency. Cut the orange slices, lightly score them, and place them on the rim of the glass. 195 kcal per serving.
