Fruit smoothie with elderberry syrup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 mango(s), ripe
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 50 ml elderberry syrup
  • 200 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel the kiwis and, if necessary, cut out the core in the middle. Peel the banana and cut or break it into slightly smaller pieces. Peel the mango and cut the flesh from the stone. Place everything in a blender. Add the elderberry syrup and water to the blender. Now run the blender on speed 2-3 for about 1 minute. Ready to serve.
