super tasty and also suitable for WW

For the dough, put the flour in a bowl, make a well in the middle, and drop the margarine in small flakes around the edge. Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk with the sugar. Pour the yeast and milk into the well and knead it with the flour and margarine until you have a smooth dough. Pour the dough into a 26cm springform pan lined with baking paper, forming a rim. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes. For the topping, wash, peel, and chop the fruit (whichever you like), and spread it on the dough. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) or 180°C (fan). For the glaze, mix the milk with the cream cheese and sauce powder, season with sweetener, and pour over the fruit. Place in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes. The cake has a total of 20.5 points – divided by 12 = 1.7, so 2 points per piece.
