  1. Prepare the buttercream (see KB from me). Spread it on the cake base, it can be a little thicker. Then place the washed grapes in a ring and place the sliced strawberries on them. Put this in the fridge until the remaining fruits have been processed.
  2. Bring water to the boil with Zuckjer on the stove. Wash the apple, quarter it and then cut it into slices (not all of it will be used. Peel the kiwi and then cut into small cubes. I removed the hard part of the kiwi. Blend both apple and kiwi for a short time. Why? The kiwi doesn’t get along well with the gelatin and the apple will not turn brown.
  3. Mix all other types of fruit with each other except for the apple shuttles. Take the cake out of the fridge and pile the fruits in a dome in the middle of the cake. Place the apple boats on top and put them back in the refrigerator
  4. Prepare the gelatine as indicated on the instructions on the packaging. Take the cake out of the refrigerator and carefully pour the gelatine over the fruit from the inside out. Chill again until eaten.
