Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 m.-sized carrot(s)
- 1 apple
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp spirit vinegar
- 3 tbsp kefir or yogurt mixed with milk
- ½ bunch parsley
- salt and pepper
- curry powder
- Garlic
- possibly sunflower seeds
- possibly orange juice

Finely grate the carrot and apple. In a separate bowl, combine the kefir, oil, vinegar, and spices. Then pour the dressing over the grated apple and carrot and let it marinate briefly. Tip: If you like, you can also roast some sunflower seeds and add them, or add a little orange juice to the dressing.
