- 1 nectarine(s)
- 3 tbsp extra fine oat flakes
- Milk
- Juice MultiVitamin-)
- Honey or agave syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Pit the nectarine, peel the banana, and add both to the blender along with the oats. Add milk until the ingredients are almost covered. Add a splash of multivitamin juice. If you like it a little sweeter, add 1-2 teaspoons of honey or agave syrup. Blend for about 15-30 seconds.
