Fruity buttermilk

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • lemon juice
  • Mint, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the buttermilk, raspberries, vanilla sugar, and some chopped fresh mint in a tall bowl and blend thoroughly with a hand blender. Season to taste with honey and lemon juice. Fill glasses with crushed ice and pour the buttermilk mixture over the top. Tip: Another great variation is with strawberries and a little fresh basil. (Basil enhances the strawberry flavor.)
