Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g chicken breast, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • curry
  • 50 g double cream cheese, e.g. Philadelphia or similar
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 8 tbsp milk
  • 2 tsp horseradish, grated from the jar
  • 4 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 peach(s), fresh, alternatively from the can

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Brown the chicken breast in the oil, season with salt, pepper, and curry powder, and cook for 10 minutes. Then remove from the pan. Melt the cream cheese in the frying fat. Add the ketchup and milk. Peel the peach and dice it into small pieces. Mix all ingredients loosely. Stir in the horseradish and parsley. Let it marinate well and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
