Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 800 g chicken schnitzel
  • 1 gr. can/n peach(s), 850 ml
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • some curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly cornstarch

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

very quick and variable curry

Wash the chicken cutlets, pat dry, and cut into small pieces. Brown them in a large pan. Meanwhile, chop the peaches and reserve the syrup from the can. Add the peaches to the meat and bring to a boil with the syrup and coconut milk. Season with curry powder, salt, and pepper. Thicken with cornstarch if desired. The curry also works well with vegetables, such as bell peppers or broccoli.
