Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat (chicken, turkey or pork)
  • 500 ml sweet cream
  • e.g. curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 can pineapple

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

The best, fastest and easiest recipe.

Season the meat and fry. Add the pineapple and fry briefly. Add the cream and simmer for about 10 minutes to allow the pineapple to soften slightly. Now add curry powder to taste and simmer for a bit longer (about 3-4 minutes). This dish goes very well with rice.
