Fruity fresh milkshake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large apricot(s), fresh
  • 2 large strawberries, fresh
  • ½ handful of red currants, frozen
  • 1 handful of blueberries, frozen
  • 125 ml juice (banana)
  • 300 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a blender or hand blender and blend until smooth. If you don’t like seeds and fruit chunks, sift everything. Tip: Ingredients can be varied according to taste; the quantities don’t have to be exact. If you prefer a creamier texture, you can add a little whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream, if desired.
