Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 cans of fried herring in tomato sauce
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 bell pepper, orange
  • 1 mango(s)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

quickly prepared

Clean and wash the vegetables and mango, and cut into small pieces. Finely slice the leek. Place the ingredients in a bowl. Cut the herring fillets into bite-sized pieces. Add the canned tomato sauce to the other ingredients and mix the salad well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. It tastes great right away, but the salad tastes even better if it’s left to sit for two to three hours.
