Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 16 fish fingers
- 16 slices of bacon
- e.g. Parmesan, freshly grated
- e.g. rosemary
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Lay the bacon slices side by side. Sprinkle the center with Parmesan and a little rosemary, about the length of a fish stick. Place a fish stick on top, sprinkle with Parmesan and rosemary, and fold the excess bacon over the fish stick. Mix all the ingredients together in this way. Heat a large pan and fry the fish sticks in a little fat according to the package instructions. Sear the seams first to ensure everything sticks together. Serve with broccoli with lemon chili hollandaise and potatoes.
