Fruity Lamb’s Lettuce with Chicken Strips

Ingredients
 

  • 150 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 2 Chicken breast fillets
  • 2 Blood oranges
  • 60 g Roasted pine nuts

for the marinade

  • 2 tsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 8 tbsp Broth
  • Salt pepper
  • Chilli salt
  • Honey
  • Juice from the thrown blood oranges
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • -
  • Oil for frying meat

Instructions
 

  • Clean, wash and spin dry the field lettuce. Wash chicken fillets, pat dry and cut into fine strips, then fry in hot fat - season with salt and pepper and set aside
  • Fillet the blood oranges and put the squeezed juice into a salad bowl, add the remaining ingredients for the marinade and stir well.
  • Dress the lamb's lettuce with the sauce, distribute on plates and then garnish with the meat strips and orange fillet. Finally sprinkle the pine nuts on top ... bon appetit
