Fruity Lamb’s Lettuce with Chicken Strips

- 150 g Lamb’S lettuce
- 2 Chicken breast fillets
- 2 Blood oranges
- 60 g Roasted pine nuts
for the marinade
- 2 teaspoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 8 tbsp Broth
- Salt pepper
- Chilli salt
- Honey
- Juice from the thrown blood oranges
- 2 tbsp Oil
- ++++++++++
- Oil for frying meat
- Clean, wash and spin dry the field lettuce. Wash chicken fillets, pat dry and cut into fine strips, then fry in hot fat – season with salt and pepper and set aside
- Fillet the blood oranges and put the squeezed juice into a salad bowl, add the remaining ingredients for the marinade and stir well.
- Dress the lamb’s lettuce with the sauce, distribute on plates and then garnish with the meat strips and orange fillet. Finally sprinkle the pine nuts on top … bon appetit
