Fruity Lamb’s Lettuce with Chicken Strips

The perfect fruity lamb’s lettuce with chicken strips recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Lamb’S lettuce
  • 2 Chicken breast fillets
  • 2 Blood oranges
  • 60 g Roasted pine nuts

for the marinade

  • 2 teaspoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 8 tbsp Broth
  • Salt pepper
  • Chilli salt
  • Honey
  • Juice from the thrown blood oranges
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • ++++++++++
  • Oil for frying meat
  1. Clean, wash and spin dry the field lettuce. Wash chicken fillets, pat dry and cut into fine strips, then fry in hot fat – season with salt and pepper and set aside
  2. Fillet the blood oranges and put the squeezed juice into a salad bowl, add the remaining ingredients for the marinade and stir well.
  3. Dress the lamb’s lettuce with the sauce, distribute on plates and then garnish with the meat strips and orange fillet. Finally sprinkle the pine nuts on top … bon appetit
