Colorful wheel pasta salad with egg and meat sausage

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g pasta (wheel pasta), colored
  • 150 g mushrooms, brown
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled and cooled
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 100 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 600 g meat sausage
  • 5 tbsp salad cream (Miracel Whip)
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • Salt
  • Pepper, mixed, from the mill
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the pasta wheels in boiling, lightly salted water until al dente. Drain and let cool. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Peel the eggs and cut them into wedges. Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Clean and rinse the spring onions, and slice them into rings. Halve the bologna lengthwise and then slice them. Mix all the prepared ingredients together in a bowl. Mix the Miracle Whip with the milk and season with salt, ground pepper, sugar, and mustard. Add to the salad.
