Fruity pasta salad Tanja's style

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g pasta, fork spaghetti
  • mayonnaise
  • 1 small can/mandarin orange(s)
  • 1 small can of mushrooms
  • 1 small can of asparagus, heads only
  • some cucumber juice from pickles
  • Sugar
  • pepper
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the instructions, drain, and let cool. In the meantime, drain the mandarins (reserve the juice), asparagus heads, and mushrooms. Cut the asparagus into small pieces. Season the mayonnaise with sugar, pepper, and a little mandarin and cucumber juice to make a delicious dressing. Oh, and season with salt, but only a little. Mix everything together and season again. The salad should have a fruity, sweet, and tart flavor.
